We are hiring for one of the leader in SaaS Hospitality products. The Company's platform offers a suite of software to leading hotel chain in 40 plus countries across the world.

Role - Head IT Infrastructure

Experience - 10 to 15 years

Location - Gurgaon, Delhi

Role Description: This person will head the Company's production infrastructure team and will be responsible to manage the upkeep and performance of its cloud systems.

What will you do?

- Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and ensuring complete adherence to SLAs for all operations of installations, support and maintenance.

- Lead Infrastructure Support team and system administration team in AWS Cloud infrastructure by providing technical oversight and resolving issues

- Solution design for Enterprise services managed services, IT infrastructure architecting, messaging, enterprise application sizing and designing infrastructure for enterprise applications

- Designs, plans, and implements system, databases and network architectures that are high performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant both on on-premises and on-cloud deployment.

- Develop and maintain an adequate incident response process. Regularly monitor events / incidents, take corrective actions, and inform relevant stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to external interfaces, networking, application and Ubuntu configuration, IIS Configuration, Windows and Linux Servers etc.

- Manage Code versioning through Git/TFS/SVN and CICD pipeline

- Bring in the best practices for - cloud, virtualization, and optimization etc. while optimizing the TCO

- Plan and execute comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.

- Collaborate with the Information Security operational teams to support monitoring capabilities

- Regularly perform capacity planning of IT infrastructure components, for instance server, storage, network, licensing, network etc.

- Implement and maintain backup and restoration processes. Ensure regular monitoring of backup jobs, troubleshooting and remediation in case of failure.

- Ensure regular deployment of security patches and other software updates with prior impact analysis.

- Maintain updated inventory of all IT equipment, hardware, software and licenses.

- Organize internal/external audits, and documented self-assessment related to cyber security, and QMS of IT infrastructure.

Technical Competencies you'll possess:

- 10+ years- total experience, including 5+ years in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise cloud environment, including application hosting, data networks, security and information protection.

- Good understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Windows Servers & Linux servers Networking, Firewall, Infrastructure, SQL and IIS Configuration, Ubuntu Configurations and MS SQL

- Expertise in data centre management and data governance

- Working knowledge of interfaces and integrations of systems.

- Enhanced troubleshooting skills.

- Possess a good understanding of Internet-based technologies including DNS, Firewall, WAF, Security, IP Routing,- SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.

- Experience of leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, including multi-country setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirement, managing data protection, etc.

- NFS & NIS configuration and administration

- Experience in Storage Migrations ( Online / Offline )

- Design/engineering support for modifications/hardening of Linux and Windows servers based upon client requirements

- Must be able to work independently to identify solutions and resolve complex problems

- Must be process-oriented
