Experience/ Knowledge : Essential : - Proven experience as IT director or similar role - Management experience in an operational support or production environment as IT Manager or IT Service Delivery Manager. - People management skills including experience in developing and leading a team. - Experience in Procurement, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Asset Management. Desirable : - ITIL and Prince2 certifications. - Background in IT infrastructure management. - Knowledge and experience of technology used throughout the Education sector including Virtual Learning Solutions.
