Head - IT Infrastructure - BFSI

- We are looking for a suitable candidate who would Head the IT Infrastructure deliveries, enabling the Business deliveries in the country.

- You will communicate with employees and stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure business needs are met.

- Strategic thinking and strong technology focus are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

- Proven experience across Infrastructure domains of Networking, IT Security, Systems and Storage in a leadership role. Hands-on experience on at least few technologies/products from switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Servers, Endpoint Security would be a advantage.

- Fair understanding of budgets

- Ability to conduct technological analyses

- Excellent communication skills

- Should possess good leadership and organizational capabilities

- Must have problem-solving aptitude

- Understanding of customer requirements

- Preferred exposure to mainframe technology such as IBM AS400/i-Series systems.
