Job Purpose - Define Tech Infra roadmap, budgeting, new technology evaluation &amp; evangelization across Business Group - Support Digital strategy and business transformation initiatives - Responsible for strategic operations of organization's IT infrastructure - Implement and maintain enterprise-wide system tools and ensure scalability and availability - Enhance quality of technology services - Responsible for establishing operating policies to mitigate technology risk - Responsible for planning and directing budgets &amp; goals Key Responsibilities - Leadership Responsibilities - Strategic visioning and technology roadmap definition at Group level - SBU Relationship Management - Strategic Partners (OEMs like Oracle, IBM and Microsoft etc) relationship management - Technology Budget finalization - Recruit, mentor, motivate and retain talent - Compliance Management Functional Responsibilities -&nbsp;In depth understanding of technology landscape - Evaluation and promotion of new technologies - Architecting technology solutions - Manage business transformation projects with global strategic outsourcing partners. - SLA management - Technology audits, Risk and Compliance - Technology software and hardware procurement Qualifications &amp; Experience - B Tech / B E in Computer Science, + MBA or another rigorous discipline (an advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus). - 18-24 years total experience in Financial Services IT infra domain including 8+ years experience in senior leadership role - Demonstrated ability to bring transformation, envision technology solutions that meet business needs - Enterprising professional with proven skills in mentoring and motivating individuals towards maximizing productivity as well as in forming cohesive team environments - Wide degree of creativity and thinking out of box Experience in - Technology Evaluation &amp; Adoption Strategies - Enterprise IT Operations - AD-Exchange, Virtualization, databases, application servers, Servers, Storage, backup and cloud technologies. - Costing / Budgeting / Resource Management - Outsourcing / Vendor Management including price negotiations - Program management (ITIL certified) - Data center build and operate - Software license compliance management - Building resilient technology frameworks. - Architecting technology solutions - BCP - business continuity planning and replication technologies. - Excellent communication skills
