Head - IT Infrastructure - Banking

Client: Global Banking MNC

Position: Head of IT Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- The position is accountable for running large-scale networks, datacentres, servers, database and end user computing.

- We are looking for a person who would have 20-25 years of experience.

- Banking or Financial Services experience is a must.

- You should have managed local datacentres in India.

- Lead a team of 200+ people.

- Manage multi-million dollar budgets.

- Manage 10000+ endpoints.

- Supervise the monitoring and the maintenance of the Data Center infrastructure.

- Managed Networks, switches, firewalls, Internet connectivity, Firewall, Proxies, IPS, routers, Servers, Databases and Middleware, NAS/SAN, Backups, VMWare, Virtualization.

- Established new centres from an IT infrastructure perspective.

- Strong knowledge in Project Management, Network Architecture Design.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM and exposure/knowledge of ITIL practices.

- Knowhow of critical processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.
