- Take care of IT operation to include ; tracking the IT assets ,configuring the servers , managing the IT asset globally. Keeping track of IT asset insurance.

- Assess company current IT setup, policies and align them with current global / industry IT trends.

- Bring company on single IT platform from various different used by units/divisions including system analysis, implementation, data migration etc.

- Take organisation IT setup to next level and make IT as a business enabler. Elevate the organisation IT setup to the global standards.

- Benchmarking with the reputed vendors for the external service to get the best service & cost.

IT infrastructure availability - uptime , managing various IT service providers like , Network maintenance team, Lease line, Internet service provider etc

- Adept at mapping internal client’s requirements, custom designing solutions & troubleshooting for complex information systems management.

- Preparing annual IT budget , keeping track of IT requirement throughout the year.

- Keep track of the latest technology and implement the suitable technology which could help boost the organizational benefit.

- Formulating and managing Information security policy & license management.

- Rationalizing the H/W, software & get the maximum output by ensuring the maximum utilization of the available resources, hardware and software licenses.

- Conducting training for the staff in their relevant field to get the better outcome.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven abilities in resolving complex network management, hardware and software related issues.

- Qualified BE / MBA in IT, MCSE, well-accented with the latest trends & techniques of the IT field, having an inborn quantitative aptitude
