Head of IT Governance, Group IT, ABMCPL

Reporting to : Head (Global Technology Transformation and Information Security), Group IT, ABMCPL

Qualification and experience :

- BE/MCA with 12 - 15+ years- experience in medium to large companies preferably with diverse business portfolio and exposure to manufacturing and services industries.

- Experience expected within IT Function or BPM function with substantial IT process management. Customer engagement experience and strong customer orientation required.

Desirable Certifications : ITIL, COBIT 5, PMM

Key Expectations :

The IT Governance Leader in Group IT is expected to :

1. Drive and work with multiple business IT units for defining, standardizing and implementing robust IT management framework and control processes example change management, IT Operations management, SLA management, quality management, IT requirements management, stakeholder management, IT strategy management, disaster management, projects portfolio management etc

2. Effective engagement with external consulting companies including Big 4, IT strategic partners, CIOs/IT Leaders/IT governance leads across ABG businesses, other corporate functions and departments within Group IT for end to end driving of IT Governance related projects and related initiatives like IT service surveys etc

3. Define strategy, process and mechanisms to capture and compute business value of IT and work with business IT units to evangelize, implement and standardize value computing processes across group businesses.

4. Experience in enterprise data governance and processes, risk governance, driving best IT practices and continuous improvement processes across diverse businesses.

Understanding of changes in general technological landscape, technology impact and expectations from IT in Indian and global context desirable.
