Head - IT Governance - Bank

Setup the required function/roles to meet the ultimate objective - Act as the overall Governance body for Technology - RTB.

- Facilitate to create a InfoSec aware organization culture.

- Implementation and maintenance of Banks IT policies and associated processes ensuring that they are delivered to a consistently high standard and manage a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders across a number of functions within and out with Technology.

- Tracking IT compliance, Audit Points, Regulatory compliance & acting as first level of defense and timely reporting and updating second & Third layer of defense ie; Compliance, CISO Function & Audit.

- Closely working with and acting as point of contact for IT compliance requirement for Audit, Compliance and security reviews.

- Ownership of RCSA and Tracking IT security control implementations and Compliance requirements till closure and updating respective stakeholders.

- Supporting CTO to ensure IT policies and regulatory requirements are complied with. KPI are maintained and update to IT steering meeting.

- Conduct trainings and create mailers, as required
