Head - IT - Equity Broking Vertical

Looking to Hire an IIT Head for an Equity Broking Vertical of a four-decade-old leading organization in the financial services spectrum. The role is to lead the digital equity broking space with sound and relevant skill sets in all its technological operations.

The Job description for the above-mentioned role is as follows :

Responsibility :

- Overseeing all technology operations (Software development and delivery, Networking and other IT related Infrastructure) and evaluating them according to established goals

- Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

Job Description :

- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems

- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

Requirements :

- Proven experience as Head of IT for Equity Broking Vertical.

- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.

- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.

- Experience in managing information technology budget.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- B.E. in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
