Job Spec - Head: IT & Digital Transformation

Role Description

Role Title : Head: IT Solutions

Role Purpose : Responsible for IT Strategy Execution, own and deliver the ERP implementation, Compliance and budget control

Working with Internal team (supplement with org structure): Reports to CEO Solutions

What the role entails - 

1. IT Leadership in a business organization for at least last three years (Captive included)

2. Expertise in engaging with CxO to end users and devise solutions

3. All round IT management/execution (Strategy, Program Mgmt, Operations, Infrastructure, Support, Stakeholder Mgmt, People development, IT as enabler of growth, Global mindset)

4. SAP Implementation (Greenfield) experience (Atleast 3 to 5 implementations, SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred)

5. Service Delivery Expertise (Program Management, Internal Customer Service Delivery, Scaled Agile, Activate, Agile SCRUM, Kanban)

6. IT Operations (Infrastructure, Application Support, Ready to Serve, ITSM, ITIL) experience

7. Transmission / EPC / Energy Industry Experience

8. Plant automation and Operational Equipment Efficiency (IT system enabling manufacturing operations; eg: mobile applications for Solutions Project etc.)

9. SAP, Primavera, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Data Warehouse, Analytics, Salesforce CRM implementation, Data Security, Network infrastructure

Leading challenging programs and projects in some of the most cutting-edge SAP solutions including S/4; Business Suite on Hana; SuccessFactors and Fiori UX

Post Go-live support, including training support to end-users

Strategy

- IT & Business Program Leadership for SAP ERP and other OTR IT initiatives across business lines.

- Strategic planning and execution to achieve IT driven business outcomes Effectively educate and engage executive leadership to propose and deliver solutions with high impact to business.

- Understand and align business processes with overall organizational priorities in IT systems.

Service Delivery

- Building the core and manage project schedule and deliverables with in the available budget

- Be Change Agent to drive SAP and other OTR systems adoption across the organization

- Effectively leverage ERP SAP Solution Center templates, toolkits, best practices and strategies working closely with SAP and other implementation partners.

- Manage budgets and service level agreements for both project and support initiatives.

Experience

- Essential Min 20+ years of total experience.

- Desirable Age < 45 years

- Engineering degree, Masters in degree, mathematics, statistics or operation research

- Strong EPC and Manufacturing domain expertise.

- Hands on exposure on operational integration of all business operations includes manufacturing, finance, SCM, Sales etc.

- Establish a climate of creativity, experimentation, and evaluation and high standards in project management, communications, and outcome assessment.

Functional Requirements

- Strategic Engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technical output.

- Financial Manage within timeline and budget

- Operational Deep knowledge of SAP technical and functional architecture.

- People Hire, coach, train and lead a high calibre and diverse team of SAP professionals who will provide SAP platform and data architecture expertise.
