Head - IT Development

- Experience in an IT development environment with a minimum 5 years in a leadership role, good practical experience of coding testing, quality and design in past career, able to manage growth

- A good understanding of SOA, unit testing and agile methodologies would be beneficial

- Must have a technical background in Microsoft technologies and exposure to either Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft or Java would be a bonus

- International Exposure essential

- Must have experience of managing teams for a European or US client

- B. Tech. / B.E. / from a premier institute or equiv experience in Software Design or related field.
