Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the consumer electronics or manufacturing industry. - In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, security best practices, and application development methodologies. - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT projects from inception to completion. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, PMP) are a plus.
