Head - IT Audit - Financial Services

Seeking candidates for "Head - IT Audit" position for a Financial services organization based in Mumbai

Job purpose is to assist Head Internal Audit to :

- Assess risks particularly the technology risk across Business/Support Units;

- Devise appropriate audit plan including technology audit plan;

- Oversee the execution of the plan; and through continuous monitoring identify and escalate the risk, control and regulatory issues that impact or likely to impact the Bank's control environment.

Experience :

- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Banking, financial institutions, technology and/or consulting firms. Including domain expertise and experience in IS Audits.

- Must have a thorough understanding of the Internal Audit standards & best practices.

- Should have led and managed teams & have exposure in interacting with senior management at local & regional level.

- Professional qualification in IT

- Professional Certification (such as CISA, CISSP) will be an added advantage

Technical and Core Competencies :

- Strong Technical knowledge in digital channels including mobile application development, cyber security

- Strong Knowledge of Internal Audit Standards (IIA Standards).

- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills

- Strong Audit & accounting skills knowledge of India and regional
