Role Details: Managing all applications of Micro Finance Business including upgrades.

Overall Job Description:

- Good leadership qualities.

- Strong communication skills

- Strong knowledge of loans and NPA.

- Strong knowledge of New age technology like TAB banking, Mobile Banking and Channels.

- Strong Knowledge on dataware housing

- Capability to handle and resolve any kind of issue in given application. Maintaining good TAT.

- Good vendor management skills.

- Handling a team which includes bank and vendors.

- Applicant must have good Micro Finance product knowledge with hands-on experience in past.

- Should have strong adherence to compliance.

- Capable of handle audits and dealing with external/internal auditors.

- Strong background of BAU support.

- Have vision to digital enablement of Micro Finance products

- Look at Automation of routine and mundane activities

- Able to handle all channel integration design with Micro Finance Core Applications

- Take lead in resolving Sev-1 issue and take it to logical closure.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION:

Essential requirement: Minimum B.E

Preferred: B.E WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: Min of 20+yrs of work experience

Preferred: Micro Finance or BFSI sector

Any specific requirements:

- Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits

- Good attitude, sincere and hardworking and great managerial skills
