Head - Investor Strategy - Profitable Fintech Leader

The Role :

We are seeking to identify a head for their capital market forays, who will spearhead the development of their short and long term capital markets strategy. The position reports to the founding team of the company. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team to Strategize and operationalize the Capital Markets function

- Origination and execution of end to end liability transactions

- Working closely with the financing ecosystem including bankers and rating agencies

- Managing the due diligence process

- Managing the connect and communication with investors, stakeholders and industry

- Strategize and execute growth initiatives including M&A and strategic partnerships

This is a key role that will create the momentum for scaling and continued success of a profitable venture that is counted as one of the most promising start-ups in India.

Your Profile :

- The ideal profile is an MBA from a top-tier institute and about 15 years of experience with investment banking and equity/venture capital.

- You should have a strong knowledge network in the capital markets and a track record of successful fund raising for new ventures.

- The ability to work with a set of dynamic founders and lead a dedicated team will be essential for success in this role.
