Head of Investor Relations - Venture Capital Fund

Responsibilities:

- Organise and attend investor conferences.

- Develop or support strategy for all fundraising efforts and initiatives

- Analyse forecasts, data, and assumptions to provide aggregated view of expectations and implications for investor/analyst perception

- Attend investor calls & meetings, service follow-up investor queries, data-room management, documentation, etc

- Develop IR Plan to expand and enhance coverage of the company

- Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Key requirements :

- Keen analytical capabilities

- Research and consolidating data information

- Attention to detail and good organizational skills

- Strong conflict management and negotiating skills

- Strong oral and written communications

Qualifications/Skills:

- 10-15 Years experience in investor relations, public relations, financial investment, accounting, legal, and other fields

- MBA or CA

- Experience working in a fund is not mandatory
