Head - Investor Relations Department : Investor Relations Location : Mumbai Reporting Structure : Role Reports To : Group President REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES : - Graduate with MBA from top B-school or CA / CFA - Around 16 - 20 years of relevant experience in the financial services Investor Relations/ Equity Research - Excellent written & verbal communication, and comfort with computer & social media - Ability to work in a matrix organization with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. - Thorough and current knowledge of functioning of Investor Relations and sustainability practices. - Comfort with Financial concepts as well as key metrics and trends in the domain of sustainability JD : Investor Relations - Formulating & executing a proactive investor relations program - Shaping the corporate messages to investors and key stakeholders and raising the bar of coverage, as we carve our a clear narrative of an NBFC at scale. - Acting as the spokesperson for sell-side equity research analysts and investors leveraging adequate benchmarks, authentic estimates around earnings or reasoning out on strategy - Ideate and execute Road shows, conferences, dedicated financial services day and several other platforms that can position us as a thought leader - Keeping high quality bar on collateral, annual report, corporate announcements, quarterly results such that our reports and views are succinct and transparent. Sustainability - Working with various stakeholders towards ensuring formulation of the organization's approach towards a robust sustainability strategy and program. - Facilitating discussions around improving the company's overall sustainability performance. - Monitoring the sustainability initiatives and ensuring that the program stays on track - Helping manage the external agency to help deliver superior sustainability performance within the company. - Acting as the bridge between businesses and corporate leadership and providing regular feedback to the corporate management.
