Head - Investor Relations - Solar & Wind Energy Firm

- This is a Head - Investor Relations role, for a leading solar & wind energy firm.

- The role primarily involves being responsible for creating right image of the company and its performance/goals for the financial community; being the single point of contact for the financial community consisting of investors, brokers and analysts, building strong relations with them; coordinating all actions related to investors including meetings/conferences/earnings calls/presentations and obtaining and analysing all data relating to investments.

- This role also involves managing deep linkages with the internal stakeholders primarily involving CxO level and leadership team in understanding the business and performance and keeping them updated on company- s performance, growth, and overall development.

- Education: Post Graduate degree, preferably in finance with 12+ years of relevant experience

- Experience: Should have previously worked with a listed company.

- Strong network with the financial community of investors, analysts and brokers.

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to manage opinion in a positive manner and an eye for detail.
