Head - Investor Relations - Manufacturing Sector - CA

- Responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, and overall provide a very compelling investor relations roadmap.

- Work with management to develop an appropriate investor relations plan

- Build relationships with sell side analysts and market the investment idea to institutional investors.

- Develop and maintain relationships with fund managers of existing and potential fund houses

- Make presentations for investor meetings and road show.

- Desired candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with Post qualification experience of 15 - 20 years in handling Investor relations , with substantial experience in a listed Entity.

- Must have Strategized, developed, and managed Investor Relations function independently.

- Successful record of retaining and bringing in quality Investors even in challenging times
