Head - Investor Relations - Manufacturing

Role:

The investor relations manager is accountable for creating and presenting an applied investment message to investment community on behalf of company and for managing presenting to management the opinions of investment community regarding the company's performance

Responsibilities:

1) Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan

2) Financial Modeling and valuation analysis as required

3) Performs a comprehensive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation

4) Establishes the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives

5) Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors.

6) Oversees the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements.

7) Serves as the key point of contact for investment community

8) Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives

9) Organizes conferences, earnings conference calls and investor meetings

10) Prepares presentations for the rating agencies and other financial information required by them
