Job Title: Head of Investor Relations

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Head of Investor Relations. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving our investor relations strategy, ensuring effective communication of our financial performance and growth prospects to the investment community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a proactive investor relations program.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Lead the preparation and distribution of financial disclosures and investor communications.

- Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and other events.

- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance.

- Represent the company in matters of corporate governance and ethics.

Experience Required:

- Strong background in investor relations, finance, or related fields.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and communication.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
