Head - Investor Relations - FMCG/FMCD/Automobile

Reporting to: CFO

Job Profile:

- Strategising external communications to articulate company's vision and build a convincing investment case. Interacting with Investors and Analysts to articulate company's Story effectively.

- Creating and Drafting external publications like Annual Report, Earnings Presentation, Press Release, Transcripts, Media communication etc.

- Tracking sector, macro and global and developments and providing relevant insights to management

- Support in successful execution of AGM

- Support in evaluation and driving M&A as well as other company wide strategic projects

- Contributing in corporate finance activities like Annual budget, Financial Forecasting and data analysis

- Maintain and augment Investor relation webpage

- Handle investor relations related activity and support CFO function in other corporate finance and M&A activities

- This position directly impacts the organisation's interface with the investors and external stakeholders

Desired Profile:

- CA not required

- MBA mandatory

- Good communication skills, presentable - since it is an outward client-facing role

- MS Office

- Number crunching

- Competition knowledge

- Occasional travel to investors - Domestic and international to Hongkong, USA, UK (once in 18 months)
