1 Strategic Investor Communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the organization's goals and market expectations.

2 Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, earnings releases, and other communication materials for investors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3 Shareholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization's credibility and reputation.

4 Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

5 Investor Events and Roadshows: Plan and execute investor events, roadshows, and conferences to enhance the organization's visibility and attract potential investors.

6 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including periodic filings, disclosures, and adherence to governance standards.

7 Crisis Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies for addressing crisis situations, protecting the organization's reputation and maintaining investor confidence.

8 Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and executive teams, to provide accurate and timely information for investor communication.

Profile:

1 Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading investor relations functions within listed corporates.

2 Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with the investment community and enhancing shareholder value.

3 Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

4 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

5 In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

6 Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
