Head - Investor Relations with a leading MNC, Bangalore - Responsible for developing and maintaining a company investor relations plan - Perform comprehensive competitive analysis on financial metrics and differentiation points to generate insights along with corrective measures - Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function - Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders through a variety of targeted initiatives - Create presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors - Oversee the development of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements - Manage the investor relations portion of the company web site - Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community - Responsible for organizing conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls and investor meetings - Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results Key candidate Skills - - 12 years post qualification experience - 5-7 years experience in managing an investor relations department - Strong understanding of statutory accounting and regulatory frameworks - Experience of having managed an investor relations department - Demonstrated ability to navigate in finance environments where laws can be unclear and judicial system not always robust - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Relationship building skills in the investment community
