Responsibility :
- Directs and oversees organization's investor relations function.
- Communicates with shareholders and/or the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Implements strategies to ensure the organization's relationships with shareholders reflect positively on the company's stock price.
- Responsible for maintaining strong relationship with institutional investors (such as Mutual Funds; Insurance Companies; Bank Treasuries & PE Firms) and arrangers (Merchant Bankers & Investment Bankers)
- Responsible for generating leads, managing/ monitoring lead pipeline, gathering market Insights/ intelligence & strengthening the thought leadership agenda with the aforementioned stakeholders
- Responsible for internal facilitation and coordination with analytical & business development teams to ensure timely publication of Issuer Profile and other rating assignments.
- Develop communication and quarterly results materials for investors and preparation of investor presentations.
- Ensure senior management engagement with the above mentioned stakeholders and share regular inputs.
- Will oversee aspects of shareholder meetings, press conferences, private meetings with investors, (known as "one-on-one" briefings), investor relations sections of company websites, and company annual reports.
- Ensure proactive interaction with Investor community to ensure timely and regular communication of Industry and company updates.
- Responsible for preparation of analytical reports on shareholding pattern, stock market indicators, valuations, etc.
- Perform competitive analysis benchmarking the company relative to peers against valuation parameters.
- Having IPO experience in Indian markets.
- Will interface with SEBI, exchanges and coordination with company Compliance regarding ICDR and listing regulations.
