Head - Investor Relations - BFS

Job description :

1) Sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities in sectors of interest

2) Championing identified deals through the investment committee

3) Coordination of due diligence and closure of deal transaction (end-to-end)

4) High-touch support and involvement with the investee companies, proactively work with management and & the board to achieve scale, organization build-out, and KPIs

5) Managing of exit from assigned companies at the appropriate time

6) Research and build-out of knowledge base and fund view on sectors of interest

7)Defining and implementing systems and processes to improve the scalability and the value-add

8) Contribute actively towards overall fund-level thinking and strategy.

9) Engaged in fundraising activities
