1. Develop and maintains a company relationship plans

2. Financial modeling and valuation analysis is required

3. Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financia metrics and differentiation

4. Monitors analyst reports and summarize them for senior management

5. Develop and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function

6. Establishes the optimum type and mix of share holders, and creates that mix through a variety of target industries

7. Monitor operational changes through ongoing through ongoing contacts of the company management and develop investor relations

8. Creates presentation, Press Release, and other communication materials for earning releases, Industry events, and presentation to analyst, brokers and investor

9. oversees the production of all annual reports, sec filing, proxy statements

10. Manage the investor relation portion of the company website.

Qualification : CA or MBA in Finance from Premier Institute
