We are looking for a professional from a Family office background to handle the personal wealth management for our client with global public market exposure.

Portfolio management/investment and analytical skills are important.

The position is to be based in Mumbai.

Position reporting to the CEO.

The candidate will currently play an independent role and, later on, will be handling a team.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate will have to manage the complete investment portfolio of the owner of the company and make investments in the space of equity, debt, and real estate.

- Strong relationships with various financial advisors, banks, consultants, and brokers.

- In-depth knowledge of a wide range of instruments covering direct equity, PE funds, mutual funds, structure notes, bonds, real estate NCDs, and commodity arbitrages.

- Optimise the return with a proper assessment of risk and investment.

- In-depth understanding of tax implications of all financial instruments.

- Continuous monitoring of investments in fast-moving financial markets and quickly changing macroeconomic conditions.

- Good knowledge of Income Tax, Corporate Tax & RBI Regulations.
