Head - Investments - Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Analyst to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, real estate, and asset management, with a focus on land deals, transactions, financial modeling, and deal structuring. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating future investment strategies, managing land transactions, overseeing asset management, and ensuring compliance with various agreements and licenses. Your role will play a crucial part in the success of our hospitality ventures, driving financial performance and enhancing asset value.

Responsibilities:

Land Deals and Transactions :

- Analyze potential land acquisition opportunities for hotel developments and assess their financial viability.

- Conduct due diligence on potential properties, including evaluating market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors.

- Negotiate and structure land deals, coordinating with legal teams and stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.

Formulating Future Investment Strategies:

- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and feasibility studies for potential investments.

- Evaluate various investment opportunities, assessing risks, returns, and alignment with the company's growth objectives.

- Develop comprehensive investment proposals and recommendations for senior management and investors.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:

- Develop and manage the annual operating budget, capital expenditure budget, and pre-opening budgets for new properties.

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.

Fundraising:

- Identify and execute opportunities for raising capital (equity and debt) to fund capital expenditures and working capital requirements of operational properties.

- Engage with potential investors and lenders, preparing investment memoranda and conducting financial presentations.
