We are looking someone with minimum 15 + yrs of experience in Investment banking operations only.Especially who has handled Global Operations.

We are looking Highly motivated management professional with 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking in Mid Office and Back Office functions in various global organizations with successful track record of developing and running successful high performing teams.

Proficient project leader who aligns tactical initiatives to achieve strategic objectives/goals.

Results-driven, decisive collaborator with proven success in building strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders across global locations.

Effective communicator who seeks positive resolution to problems through active listening and commitment to integrity.

Domain expertise in various products for Investment banking

- Experience in managing large operations teams across locations and delivering excellent levels of service

- Strong in Investment banking Operations

- Experience of setting up Off-shore teams - migrating global functions to off-shore processing centers.

- Experience of working in large scale Strategic Re engineering Projects - requirement analysis and implementation.

- Work experience at different global locations
