We are looking candidates for out top most Investment Banking Client for Head Investment Banking Mumbai.

Job Description :

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- The ability to see systems and pattern and organize ideas, be thorough in nature, good conversationalist, good comprehension skills.

- Facilitate global business development initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.

- Hands on getting mandates & effective execution of deals in diversified sectors/industry with emphasis on M&A and Private Placement deals.

- Network to bring in new clients and maintain regular contact with the top clients of the company

- Responsible for Short term & Long term direction as a profit center head in profitability with targeted budget and revenue set and decided by management.

- Prepare and implement the strategic and annual plans and ensure that these are formally updated on a regular basis, as well as whenever necessary to reflect significant changes.

- Ensure that the company's business maintains adequate liquidity at all times and complies with regulatory requirements

- To build a strong & focused team so as to strengthen the organizations business

- Motivate and develop employees so that the company has the human resources and competence to ensure high professional standards with periodically review system and annually appraisal system for motivating employees ensuring above benchmark performance set by the management.

- Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master Degree, preferably in Banking or Finance.

- Exposure to Merchant Banking / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory Firms

- Should have experience in executing deals in M&A / Private Equity Placements / JV & Partner search in diversified sectors/industry

- Total Experience must be above 15+ years

Functional Skills :

- Strong understanding and skill sets in corporate advisory services with a global mind set and strong quantitative and conceptual skills.

- Strong on relationships both with companies & clients

- Strong domain knowledge in diversified sectors/industry - hands on with the pulse of market

- Awareness of changing trends in the International / global financial scenario

- Should have the ability to lead from the front

- Achievement orientation and excellent people management skills.
