Hiring for the role of Head Investigation for one of our reputed client

Location : Delhi

Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA), (Preferably ACFE)

Experience : 10+ Years

Roles :

1) Here you need develop and improve the ethical culture , undertake pro-active initiatives to reduce or prevent employee wrong or misconduct, wastages, revenue leakages.

2) To ensure proactive and timely prevention and detection of unethical practices ,ensuring employee's act in alignment with code of conduct and other policies.

3) To lead the team and guide team members to take up various Fraud control activities in time bound manner and review their performance and reports.

4) To reduce fraud risk factors to manageable levels by conducting FRAs &data analytics and promote ethical culture by creating awareness among employees.

5) Provide support and guidance to prepare detailed reports to management, recommending action plans and practical policy changes wherever required, supported by data and reasonable evidences.

6) Collect relevant data, conduct data analysis and analyze reporting animalities' post investigation, coordinate with various department heads for collecting relevant data and reports required for conducting management support investigations.

7) Build and improve ethical work culture by conducting awareness/ training sessions, surveying employees , collecting feedbacks and conduct councils meetings.
