Head of Internet Banking with a leading Bank
Job Description:
1. Develop and execute an Internet (desktop) retail banking channel strategy that positions Axis Bank's Internet Banking business in a leading stance in the marketplace.
Key Result Areas
2. Reviews existing internet banking offerings for enhancements as a result of business goals, competitive pressures and revenue opportunities.
3. Proactively scans the environment in the development and implementation of new internet banking products and services
4. Identify and evaluate potential revenue opportunities for the usage of various products in the IB channel
5. Liaise actively with various business /product owners or external partners to help deliver Electronic Banking products to our customers in the most efficient, cost effective and a simplistic way using appropriate technology
6. Actively drive usage and adoption of this channel broadly and within that for various products through the use of other available offline and online channels
7. Use of consumer research to review existing and new retail customer needs, profile various personas to provide e-banking solutions as appropriate.
8. Maintain and track usage, uptimes, faults, towards ensuring that the IB channel is available 24/7/365
9. Ensure the maintenance of operational efficiency and risk & control framework within the specialist support areas as per operational procedure guidelines.
10. Communicates status of projects and serious issues to Senior Management, and proactively recommends work-arounds and viable solutions to improve customer experience around the use of Internet Banking"
