With one of the region's largest and most modern manufacturing facilities located in Punjab and an impressive annual turnover of $100 million USD, they are dedicated to excellence in every grain & are looking for exceptional talent to join their team for heading region of entire European & USA Market.

Head International Sales will lead the expansion into Europe & the USA. The role involves driving business operations, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include establishing distributor networks, fostering new accounts, and championing Basmati & Ethnic product lines.

Desirables:

1. 10+ years of senior managerial experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on rice.

2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

3. Certifications in leadership or management are a plus.

4. Proven track record in operations oversight, distribution channel development, and team management.

5. Strong network within Indian product markets, exceptional communication skills, and ability to thrive in diverse environments.

6. Critical thinking ability and sound decision-making skills.

7. Willingness to travel extensively to Europe and North America.
