- Franchisee Management - Managing the overall functioning of Bahrain & Angola Franchisee
- Ensuring placement and Promotions in PAPL brands in Modern Trade
- Ensuring appointment of Channel partners in unrepresented targeted Markets
- Monitoring distribution numbers on a periodical basis for ethnic & mainstream stores
- Ensuring increase in outlets base as per the business plan
- Appointment of additional channel partners wherever required to fill up the gaps in distribution
- Ensuring the required infrastructure at the Channel partner's location
- Business review with Franchisees & channel partners on a periodical basis
- Strategising on various skus
- Team building -nurture talent, training to sales team and channel partners
- Understanding the regulations of various countries and devising the plan for each country
- Monthly business review with Management and the concerned internal
Ideal Candidate Must Have -
- 15 years of relevant experience having worked in Food & Beverage/FMCG industries
- Must have experience in looking after International Business
- Added advantage for those who've worked across GCC/ MENA /Canada/ Aus / USA
Functional Skill Sets -
- Analytical skills,
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Ability to understand consumers in different geographies and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to build and develop new strategic partnerships across the globe
