The candidate:

- 15-20 years experience into international sales / international marketing / export sales from Apparels / Textile industries.

- Exposure to launching and scaling up products and brands.

- Must have P&L exposure.

- Strong understanding of international business.

- Ideal candidate will be drawing in the 70L-100LPA bracket currently.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the launch of Apparel brands in the International market

- Sales team hiring and management

- Market launch and expansion

- Developing a large retail footprint across India immediately

- Strong in CxO/Promoter stakeholder management

- Ability to strategize and take the management into confidence

- Excellent analytical skills

- Managing the P&L for the apparel brands
