Head - International Marketing & Sales - Export Traders (14-24 yrs)
As present, We are having an urgent opening for a Head - International Marketing Role for a REPUTED MANUFACTURING GROUP for Kolkata Corporate Office.
The company is one the biggest exporters in the country with an export turnover of appx Rs. 4,500 crore annually. The group is leading manufacturer of Bulk Ferro Alloys, especially Ferro Silicon and is a major name in the field of Ferro Alloys, with market presence in three continents of the world.
REPORTING TO - MD
TEAM - Will be handling a team of Manager / Sr. manager - International Marketing people
Roles and Responsibility : The company is getting into new product range and is exploring new untapped international markets and is looking for a smart person who will be sitting up those new markets and also penetrate more into existing markets
- Responsible for new business development and ensuring recurring business from the existing customers from international markets.
- Participating in Tenders overseas through our appointed distributors in respected countries.
- Manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing. Provide service support to customer and resolving their issues/concerns.
- Regular coordination with production, quality and dispatch for proper planning of monthly orders.
- Submission of MIS reports of business development to management on regular basis.
- Taking care the responsibility of all the inquiries conversions received by Company in day to day activity
- Attended to queries of international clients through written and / or verbal communications channels.
- Maintained relationship with International clients by providing support, technical information about products to increase business with them.
- Responsible for the Registration of Brand & Products of Company wherever the Distributors appointed and provide all the required documents as per particular guidelines of that country.
- Generating new orders for the Company from existing clients and new distributors as appointed by taking regular follow ups accordingly to generate Sales
- Prepared complete set of documents pertaining to Export shipping documentation which included Letter of Credi, Invoice, Certificate of Origin for execution of orders.
- Prepared & presented Weekly Monthly Reports to assist top management in taking strategic decisions.
- Efficiently Expanding business by opening new countries and setting up distribution in the countries through execution of export business development process
