About the role :
- Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy
- Managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing professionals in the team.
- Measure and manage online content considering SEO and google analytics.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high level of customer interaction
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Organize and lead a marketing team
Desired Profile:
- We are looking for a skilled full-stack digital marketer with 12+ years of progressive accomplishments in the B2B industry with Marketing Automation and CRM.
- Hands-on experience on Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Campaign Design and Management, Social Media Marketing, Web Analytics and Technology, SAAS implementation,
- Lead management, Analytics, and cross-team collaboration. The ability to take data-driven decisions and determining creative marketing strategies should be a must.
- A candidate with extensive experience in Finance & Accounting in KPO Industry is preferable
