Head International Sales ( NRI Marketing) - HO
The role aims to market Real Estate products outside India.
This would be done through various ATL & BTL marketing activities, connecting with investors & influencers in communities, and developing channel partners. The role is to lead a team catering to various markets (Gulf, APAC, US, Europe, Africa), a marketing team to support these activities, and also cater to leads generated locally but serviced in foreign markets.
Market Expansion :
- Initiate and lead activities resulting in increased reach in global markets.
- Plan and recommend media activities which result in increased lead flow.
- Open newer avenues for lead generation.
Sales Overview :
- Review and guide the international sales & marketing team
- Creates a strategy to strengthen sales in global markets
- Create and build a strong pipeline of customers to
Channel Partner Engagement :
- Impanel new CPs to bring in new prospective customers
- Maintain existing CPs.
MBA s from premier institutes ( min 10-12 years) experience in Banking and FS can apply
