Head - International Business - Manufacturing/Industrial Products

This is a Pivotal position to manage the growth of international business through strategic market mapping, growth of existing business and building the pipeline for future growth by leveraging on an established domestic business built over 2 decades.

- Grow the existing business in Africa, South east Asia, Middle East, Turkey and China.

- New Business Development in other countries.

- Should be able to work with technical team and also provide feedback in terms of new and existing products in the market and any improvement of quality (provide information on benchmarking against current products in the market)

- Emphasis on value selling

- Manage the complete end to end international business with support from management.

- Build the distribution network in existing and new markets through market mapping.

- Manage and motivate a small team and build for the future

- Proven track record on growing overseas business
