1. Develops the overall Strategy for the business and formulates the ABP in line with the same including Sales Plans / Progs with Quarterly and monthly forecasts.
2. Understands the business registration processes of different countries
3. Meets product compliances in coordination with the R&D team
4. Works closely with the Finance team to maintain business profitability
5. Continuously tracks the global business scenario related to the business spots potential business opportunities, drives business development activities in identified geographies thru- setting up of long standing strategic partnerships
6. Ensures productive and professional engagement of distributors and expands the distribution network in all the existing markets in order to meet the business objectives
7. Develops new distribution networks in identified and emerging markets / territories
8. Designs and executes Promotion Plans and Terms of Trade with Retail Partners with cost strategies
9. Regularly tracks country wise performances of teams, reports to management besides driving productivity improvement plans
10. Establishes product-wise market pricing for retail & wholesale trade taking into consideration local duty and margins (internal and external))
11. Proactively shares sales forecasts with the Operations / Production teams for export purposes
12. Responsible for new product launches in all the existing markets as per plans
13. Provides sales training support for all trade channels for all markets
14. Ensures compliances in respect of international businesses in all concerned Markets / Geographies
15. Effectively collaborates cross functionally to achieve the business objectives
16. Ensures process compliances and continuous improvements in the same, basis the changing IB demands
