Radhu Industries, founded in 1968 is today a reputed brand in tyres. It made a beginning with cycle tyres but has expanded into rickshaw, e-rickshaw, scooter, motorcycle, auto rickshaw, agricultural, tractor front tyres. It has a strong distribution network in India and has now made a strong foray into exports. It has 2 well-known brands- Radhu & Radia.
The management has vision to make a strong presence in exports to Asia, Africa, Europe & Americas markets. Towards this vision, management is keen to induct a senior professional as Head-Exports. The position is based at New Delhi & reports to Group MD. The KRAs include:
- Strategic business planning in sync with company's vision
- Managing entire transaction cycles from sales to shipment, delivery and collection.
- Work closely with the sourcing & manufacturing offices to improvise supply base in sync with customers; requirements.
- Drive sales through acquisition of new clients, dealer/channel management, participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, and client relationship management.
- Ensure conformity with trade documentation and logistics requirements, on-time shipments/delivery and collection of dues.
- The role requires extensive travel to the markets in Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, Europe & Americas.
