- Preparing Sales & Marketing plans for assigned territory in accordance with the business plan of the company, generating reports for apprising management of the progress.
- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.
- Should have good knowledge and understanding of African, CIS, Middle East, and Asian markets.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors' moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity, opinion leaders, Stockists & Distributors thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support.
- Setting up sales objectives, ensuring accomplishment of targets by generating reports and modifying processes to ensure smooth sales & marketing.
- Coordinating with the other departments, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
- Handling client queries, undertaking steps for effectively resolving them as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Study the potential of the product in various countries and identify the channel partner in respective countries and start registering the products.
- Monitor Government tender business for our products in various countries and suggest the steps to acquire the tenders in stipulated time.
- Explore business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes.
