Job Position: Head - Internal Strategy Group

Area of Work: Strategy for Existing and new verticals

Responsibilities:

- Drive the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market sizing, market driver analysis, Business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc. for medium to large engagements, be actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery

- Identify strategies in untapped markets and services portfolios in the field of agro commodities supply chains and associated domains

- Over all Responsible for Designing, implementation of strategies for both new and existing portfolios

- Setting up of Strategic Business Units, drive Collaborations and strategic alliances to meet the business model objectives

- Implementation of the new services portfolios lines with strategic management

- Team development and management

- Be involved in business development activity, supporting on the development of proposals and sector insight material

- Coordination with cross functional departments to drive the business objectives towards a common goal and ensure the implementation of approved strategies

- Design and execute Operational, business, and financial analysis (including high level modeling capability) to support development of strategic insights.

- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management to support development

- Develop business cases and business plans underpinned by robust financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a premium Institute is a must.

- Agri Business Management/ Engineering Graduate or any other specialization in relevance to the description of Job

Experience:

- An ideal Candidate would have 10-12 years of experience in the field of management consulting, project management, strategic management & knowledge management

- Preference will be given to candidates who have hands on experience in the domains of Agriculture commodity supply chains, Food Sector and Agriculture trade
