A leading MNC having its manufacturing operations in Gujarat is looking for a Head Internal Controls , based in Gujarat. The role will involve the following. A detailed JD can be shared with interested candidates: - Managing entire Internal Controls portfolio with the Group - Setting up best practices for Internal Controls - Managing SOX compliance at Group level . - Setting SOX Calendar, specific expectations and plan SOX activities - Managing external third party consultants , audit firms on SOX - Executing SOX activities in all phases including testing / review of controls (Business as well as ITACs and ITGCs), process narrative walkthrough, SOD analysis, etc - Supporting management / stakeholders in evaluating opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of controls within business / IT processes, as and when needed. - Responsible to manage end to end account operations of India - Compliance of Tax regulations
