Job Description:  - Develop, implement and evaluate internal communication plan aligned to the company's tactical and strategic objectives  - Managing existing networks and developing effective internal communications contacts throughout the organization.  - Develop innovative communication platforms, ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages using various platforms such as, newsletters, e- bulletin, intranet, briefing materials etc.  - Developing better understanding of the internal communications needs of the organization and ensuring its fulfillment.  - Effective partnering with external vendors for activities such as maintenance of online portals, publications etc.  - Provide functional guidance and support to corporate communication teams across the country  - Carry out annual employee performance management  - Analyze developmental needs of departmental employees and ensure adequate training.  Post Graduation in Mass Communication/ Journalism with minimum experience of 10 years in the Corporate Communication function will be preferred. However, candidates with PG Graduation in any discipline with minimum relevant experience of 10 years in the Corporate Communication function can also apply
