Head - Internal Audit - Travel/Aviation Industry

Internal Audit experience is a must

Job Position Summary : Responsible for Internal audit function

Key responsibilities :

Responsible for overall Internal Audit function including :

- Coordinating and jointly work with external firm in initial years

- Setting up of internal audit function internally

- Regularly updating the SOP and RCM of various departments

- Coordinating with various department of effective completion of internal audit

- Discussing the observations with department and obtaining their responses

- Presenting the internal audit report and observation to Audit Committee

- Use of automation in internal audit for analysis and effective audit.

- Take up specific area projects as required by audit committee or management.

- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time

Desired Qualification / certifications : Professional / Graduate with relevant experience of Internal audit with over 10-12 years' experience of internal audit function

Skills and knowledge :

- Working experience internal audit function of reputed corporate / firm

- Knowledge of internal audit methods and various internal audit tools

- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management
