Head - Internal Audit - NBFC - CA

Looking for Head Internal Audit for Leading NBFC (Housing) in Mumbai.

Education - CA Must

Exp - Minimum 12- 15 Years in NBFC Internal Audit.

CTC - Can be discuss

JD - Defining and implementing the Risk Based IA Policy and Annual Risk assessment

- Performing annual risk assessment and defining the audit plan/scope

- Managing internal audits conducted by external audit firm and preparation of AC presentation

- Monitoring closure of agreed observations and remediation via ATRs (Action Taken Reports)

- Defining & revising the audit manual & scorecard with inputs from Senior Management (Sales/Credit/Ops/Risk)

- Covering the entire loan cycle during branch audits (pre- & post-disbursement) till loan foreclosures

- Concurrent review of loan files (HL, LAP, SME, Salary advance - including PMAY/ECLGS) for adherence to policies and completeness and accuracy of documentation (Application form, KYC, FCU, Sanction letter, Loan agreement, Post-disbursal documents, Adherence to deviation matrix (Sales/Credit), Follow-up for delinquent/NPA customers)
