Our leading client is looking for Head - Internal Audit role Mumbai.

Job Profile :

1. Develop detailed scope, process flowcharts, risk control Matrix, Audit checklist for areas assigned

2. To execute audit plan as per agreed timelines, draft audit reports, discuss and finalise audit reports with the auditee.

3. Review the working papers prepared by subordinates and take complete ownership

4. Identify critical areas for Continuous Monitoring, develop necessary exception reports for monitoring

5. To develop operational expertise in core areas and leverage in internal audits

6. Preparing Audit Committee Presentations for Audits held during each quarter and ensure that all critical issues are included therein along with adequate plan of action

7. Follow-up on Compliance to the Audit Reports issued.
