- Lead the Internal Audit team function for the group in India and manage the APAC region - Developing the annual audit plan to ensure adequate assurance over management of all significant risks in relation to assigned business areas - Reviewing the Terms of Reference and ensures objectives of audit, coverage of scope including all relevant risks and follow up on the topics included in the local Annual Assurance plan in accordance with accepted IIA standards. - Providing guidance on the selection of audit tools and sampling methodology - Presentations to the audit committee - Reviewing the audit reports and ensures complete and accurate description of the audit findings by adequate explanation of the root cause - Ensure and coordinate participation of Indian Internal audit resources in Corporate Global Audit - Topics requested by the Corporate Heads of IT, Finance, Operations and Compliance audits. - Develop and implement the quality standards defined in the Quality Assurance and Improvement Plan Successful Candidate : - CA/MBA/B-Tech or any other professional degree having 12+ years of relevant experience Internal Audit in large corporates - Candidates having experience with EPC,OEM, project based or the manufacturing industry - Candidates from Audit firms who have managed manufacturing clients - Candidates who are open to travel - Location can be discussed in terms of Chennai/Singapore or China - Having great communication skills - Ability to deal with the internal and external stakeholders
